SPARKLE SHARK
SparkleShark is a new trio of musicians based in Cologne. The young was formed by Belz, driven by the urge to create his own group. Since then, Belz has been developing a programme of original music written specifically for band members. Its music incorporates various influences from post-bop, free improvisation, and contemporary classical music. The pieces have a strong melodic presence, with surprising twists and forms. You can expect a mixture of catchy lines and abstract soundscapes. At the center is the intense interaction between Belz, Rossmüller, and Görris

Three heads, seven instruments (if you count correctly), an infinite number of notes, and plenty of room for new ideas—we are MaMaMa3. Our sound moves somewhere between avant-garde jazz, creative music, and trying to teach silence how to swing.
